Groundbreaking Ceremony for “Sredets” Building in Malinova Dolina, Sofia
On November 6, 2025, we held the groundbreaking ceremony for our new project—“Sredets” Building, located in Malinova Dolina, Sofia.
“Sredets” is designed with a focus on comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency. The building will comprise 32 apartments, as well as 23 garages and 10 parking spaces, ensuring convenience for residents. The concept emphasizes spacious living, abundant natural light, and practical layouts that meet the needs of a modern lifestyle.
