By accessing this website, you, the user, are bound by the terms and conditions outlined below for the use of the website. The site and its associated features, tools, and services (“Site”) are proprietary services operated and maintained by VM Invest-Team, Inc. (“VM Invest”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the conditions under which VM Invest allows you to use the Site, and you must accept these conditions in order to use the Site. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately leave the Site and not use it in the future.
Users

(iv) intercept or seize any system, data, or information from the Site; or
(v) resell, transfer, or sublicense your right to use the Site, in whole or in part.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself and to update this information as necessary. You agree that VM Invest staff may access your records on the Site if reasonably necessary to investigate complaints or maintain the Site.
Proprietary Materials
All content included on this website is the property of VM Invest and is protected under Bulgarian copyright law or other intellectual property laws in Bulgaria and/or other countries. You are not permitted to modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any materials found on this site for any public or commercial purposes.
You may download one copy of the materials on this site to a single computer for personal, non-commercial home use, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the downloaded materials without prior written consent from VM Invest.
The trademarks, service names, graphics, logos, images, page titles, button icons, and scripts of VM Invest are trade names, trademarks, services, or trade dress of VM Invest in Bulgaria and/or other countries. These may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by VM Invest in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers or in any way that discredits or harms VM Invest.
All other trademarks that are not owned by VM Invest but appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by VM Invest.
